Disaster Chaplaincy Program

The Missouri Disaster Chaplaincy Program is a select group of Chaplains, pre-vetted and trained to respond as part of a larger team placed in all locations and dimesions of a Disaster Response.  We work with existing groups, such as Faith Based Organizations, Mental Health Community Resource Teams, and even the Victim Identification Center, to bring an extra dimension of care to people impacted by disaster.  And we care for other responders, such as Medical workers, Law Enforcement personnel, Fire Service members, and fellow Volunteers.  We draw from our diverse backgrounds and ministry experiences to place people where they can be most effective.
